Software License Agreement for LMCheck
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. If you agree with them, you may download the software. If you do not agree, you must not download the software.

1. LMCheck and all accompanying documentation is Copyright © 1995-2010 by Greyware Automation Products.

2. LMCheck is freeware. No fee or license is required for you to use it. The copyright, however, is still in effect. We grant you the right to make copies of LMCheck and its documentation for personal backup or archival purposes, but for no other reason.

3. You may not copy LMCheck, loan it to friends, sell it, resell it, distribute it via web, FTP, CD, or other media, or otherwise reproduce it other than during normal system backup procedures. If you need additional copies, please get them here. This allows us to maintain some semblance of version control.

4. Greyware distributes this product on an "as is" basis, without warranty or guarantee. Greyware makes no warranty of any kind as to the product's functionality, usefulness, or suitability for a particular purpose. In particular, Greyware does not warrant the operation of this software on any particular computer system or class of system. Further, Greyware is not liable for any damages, real or consequential, arising out of use of the product, or its failure to perform as expected. The user agrees to use the product entirely at his own risk.
