Problem

If you move Comments to another server, or rebuild your existing server from scratch, Comments will lose its registration information.

Details

The license information for Comments is kept on an Windows instance basis. This means that if you rebuild the server (reformating or reinstalling Windows), or move Comments to another machine, you need a new license key.

Solution

Log onto your Greyware account and download a new license key. Follow the instructions for applying the key to your new installation. There is no fee for getting a new license key.

If you don't have an Greyware account set up, but have purchased a license for Comments in the past, please write to Tech Support and ask for the new license key.
