You do not need to reboot or stop and restart the service after making changes; the service will automatically recognize and start using the new settings immediately.

Adding Helpers

Granting Specific Rights to Helpers

Once you've added a Helper, you will then have the opportunity to select which rights you wish this user to control, and also to select any user groups you want them to control membership of. Please read Helper Rights before creating a new helper!

Only existing domain user groups will be displayed in Group Membership Permissions drop-down list.

Once you have added the users and groups you wish, they can then access the RUM application using any standard web browser (see Using the Web Application page).
