Most of Greyware's products are available as Shareware, distributed on a try-before-you-buy
basis. We want you to be sure that you are pleased with the product before you purchase,
therefore we have usually provided an evaluation period to allow you opportunity to fully
test the software.
However, we remind you that Shareware software is NOT Freeware. When the evaluation period
has expired, we expect that you will either purchase the product or remove it from your
system. Some of our software "times out" (stops working) after the evaluation period has
expired, others have display notices, and some products have no visible expiry.
However, whether or not the software stops working, and whether or not it reminds you to register,
it is your responsibility to comply with the licensing requirements.
Although evaluation copies of shareware are distributed on the honor system, the
software is copyrighted and protected under the laws of the United States and other
countries. Running evaluation software beyond the specified evaluation period is a
violation of numerous federal and international statutes, and the penalties for illegal
use of software are quite substantial. We'd rather not see you run afoul of them.
Everyone wins when you register Shareware. We love our work, but this is a business,
not a hobby. If you don't register, we can't afford to maintain and improve the products.

Price and Availability
Price and availability of software (or other products and services) offered by Greyware
Automation Products are subject to change without prior notice. Greyware Automation Products
will not be liable for any reason due to price changes, or for any lack of availability of
software or other products.
Payment
Payment for Greyware Automation Products software (or other products and services) must be
received in United States Dollars (USD). See the Payment Methods
page for more information on available payment options.
End-User Orders
Greyware Automation Products is primarily a original source selling directly to corporate
and individual end users. We do not accept online orders from computer dealers, exporters,
wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by Greyware
Automation Products, unless specifically authorized by Greyware in a separate reseller agreement.
Order Acceptance
Products ordered using the online store will generate an automatic confirmation of the
receipt of your order (and also of payments received via credit card or other method).
However, we may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify
Greyware Automation Products' final acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation
of our offer to sell. Greyware Automation Products reserves the right at any time after receipt
of your order to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason, whether or not we
have received payment, or your credit card has been charged.
Software Delivery
Delivery of software is by electronic download from our site. Once your order is processed,
you'll be supplied the necessary download instructions to obtain the registered software
and/or required license keys in an email sent to the address you've provided us in your
My Account listing. It is your responsibility to ensure
that you keep your account information current. Greyware cannot be responsible for misdirected
email.
Downloads are provided for a period of one (1) year after purchase, however, the actual version
available for download may change during that period as updates are released. You must keep your own
archival copies of distributed software, particularly if a particular version/build is required.
The download period may be extended by purchasing an Annual
Software Maintenance Contract.
Greyware Automation Products reserves the right at any time
after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity
you ordered of any item. A credit will be applied to your account for any items paid for
but not delivered.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel or change the payment method of your order at any time prior to order completion.
Orders are considered complete when we provide the software for download. You may cancel open orders
from the Order Status section of your My Account page.
If your order is cancelled (by you or us) after payment has been received (or your credit card has been charged)
but we have not yet completed your order and provided the software for download, you will receive a prompt refund credit.
If you paid by credit card, we will credit your credit card in the amount of the original purchase,
less any applicable transaction, media, or shipping charges. If you paid by check or money order, we will
send you a check in US funds in the amount of the original purchase less any applicable transaction, media,
or shipping charges.
Completed orders may not be cancelled. Returns are accepted only with prior approval from Greyware and are subject to
transaction and restocking fees.
