Registering Shareware
Some of our shareware products have a registered version of the
software, or require a license key to continue operating. We
will supply download instructions for the software or key upon
receipt of payment (see Shipping section below).
The best way to order and pay for licensed versions of our
software is to use the Online Store. You may order from the
store using a credit card or arrange to pay by mail.

Payment Methods
All payments must be received in United States Dollars (USD).
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, money orders,
company checks, or personal checks drawn on US banks. If purchasing by
check, please allow 5-10 working days for payment to be processed.
Payments from outside the United States are best handled by credit card
when possible. Bank wires can be arranged; however, they are subject
to additional surcharges to handle the various bank processing and
transaction fees. You may also pay by check or money order, provided
the check is payable in US funds and drawn on a US bank.
We accept Purchase Orders by mail, fax, or email. If you do not already have
credit established with us, we will invoice against your first PO and deliver
the software upon receipt of payment. Thereafter, you may be
eligible for Net 30 terms on future purchases up to your assigned credit limit
(Note: Resellers are not eligible for payment terms).

Shipping
Delivery of software is by electronic download from our site. Once your order is processed,
you'll be supplied the necessary download instructions to obtain the registered software
and/or required license keys in an email sent to the address you've provided us in your
My Account listing. It is your responsibility to ensure
that you keep your account information current. Greyware cannot be responsible for misdirected
email.
Software may be delivered on physical media and/or a physical license certificate provided
on request for an additional $15.00 to $45.00 US charge (depending on the product, delivery
address, and delivery method requested). Media and shipping charges are not refundable under
any circumstances, but we will replace any defective media within 30 days of original shipment
if you notify us in writing within that period of the problem.
VARs, Dealers, and other Resellers
Greyware Automation Products sells primarily direct to corporate and personal
end-users. We do not currently have an authorized reseller or dealer
program. However, in the event a customer has a requirement to purchase
only through a particular reseller, we can arrange special pricing to the reseller to
accomodate them. The discount provided varies by product and quantity, and is subject
to certain restrictions and requirements. Please inquire for details.
